"This is our third project with Tad - first the siding, then a deck rebuild, and now a bathroom remodel. Every single time, the work has been excellent, the pricing fair, and the communication outstanding. He's our contractor for life at this point. Can't recommend him highly enough."
What Homeowners Say
"We hired Tad to rebuild our back deck and he discovered significant rot in the support structure that we had no idea was there. He showed us the damage, explained exactly what needed to be replaced, and kept the cost reasonable. The new deck is beautiful and built to handle the coastal weather. Incredibly thorough work."
"Tad replaced all the siding on our west-facing wall and found extensive hidden damage behind it - moisture had been getting in for years. He replaced the damaged sheathing, added proper flashing, and the new siding looks fantastic. Honest and upfront about everything he found."
"Our kitchen remodel was completed on time and on budget. Tad managed everything from demolition through cabinet installation and final finishes. His attention to detail is remarkable - every joint is tight, every line is straight. The kitchen looks like it belongs in a magazine."
"Had all of our windows replaced and the difference in our energy bills has been significant. Tad helped us select the right windows for coastal conditions and the installation was clean and professional. No drafts, no condensation issues. Worth every penny."
"Called Tad about a roof leak and he had a crew out within days. They identified the problem, replaced the damaged section, and checked the rest of the roof while they were up there. Fast, professional, and the price was exactly what he quoted. No surprises."
"Tad remodeled our master bathroom and the communication throughout the entire project was exceptional. He sent updates, explained every decision, and checked in regularly to make sure we were happy. The finished bathroom exceeded our expectations in every way."
"We had dry rot in our front porch framing that we knew about but didn't realize how extensive it was. Tad did a thorough inspection, found rot in areas we hadn't even considered, and replaced everything down to solid wood. His inspection was more thorough than the original home inspector's."
"Tad built a fence around our property that's designed to handle the coastal winds we get. He used heavier posts and proper concrete footings - not the lightweight stuff you see at the hardware store. Two years later and it hasn't budged, even through some serious storms."
"Hired Tad to paint the interior and exterior of our home. The prep work alone was impressive - he took the time to properly scrape, sand, and prime everything before applying a single coat. The finish is smooth, even, and looks professional. Huge difference from our last painter."
"We did a whole-home remodel with Tad and the pricing was completely fair. He broke everything down line by line so we knew exactly where our money was going. When we needed to adjust the scope mid-project, he recalculated and showed us the updated numbers immediately. No hidden fees, no padded invoices."
"Tad repaired structural framing damage in our crawl space that two other contractors either missed or didn't want to deal with. He showed us exactly what was compromised, replaced the damaged joists and posts, and reinforced the surrounding structure. The kind of work that keeps your house standing."
